Project No. J05-LVPA-K-04-0003 „DEVELOPMENT OF A PE FOIL WASTE ULTRASONIC WASHING REACTOR"

Project implementor UAB IT IS FUTURE in collaboration with UAB „Daleksvita" started and successfully finished development of PE foil waste ultrasonic washing reactor full size prototype.  Main target of R&D project – development and manufacturing of full functionality prototype capable to wash PE flexible waste using ultrasonic technology.  

Development has been successfully finished on 2021.04.20 by presenting full functionality of continues flow PE construction waste washing, using submerging technique by coreless spiral screw, exposing flexible waste to high power ultrasonic transducers - ultrasonic waves. 

Cavitation have been established in continues flow of liquid, resulting in high intensity vibrations of PE waste flakes causing detachment of contamination from material surface.

Washing tank bottom design has proved itself as effective contamination extractor through flange barrier. 

New innovative product has been successfully created and tested, following company steps will be patenting of submersing technology in order to expose waste to ultrasonic treatment, with further partnership with largest plastic recycling equipment producers, by licensing their new products.  

Project has been financed by UAB IT IS FUTURE and partners own capital & European regional development fund subsidy.

The value of the project is 258,296.44 EUR without VAT. EU structural assistance funds - 190,871.30 EUR without VAT. Pursuant to the Financing Agreement, the share of the financial contribution of UAB "IT IS FUTURE" and the partner "Daleksvita for the implementation of the project is 67,425.14 EUR without VAT
